2, non-US Amazon shipments: regardless of the size of declared value, the invoice must have "sold to" information otherwise the agent refused

important hint:
Please note that the "sold to" object on the invoice must be an importer, not Amazon
At the same time the invoice also need to indicate the importers of TAX ID, European countries must also specify the TAX ID (tax ID) and EORI No. (EU number), if the invoice lack of this information will be rejected directly.
In order to avoid the impact of invoice information does not meet the requirements of customs clearance, it is recommended that customers send mail to all Amazon's invoices are marked above the requirements of information in order to smooth clearance.
Please send the notice to your customers in strict accordance with the above requirements, I do not review before the Secretary for export, as a result of invoice information does not meet the requirements caused by the customs fasteners / repatriation costs and responsibilities borne by the sender.

Amazon Shipping Notes:
1.Amazon FBA (Amazon) is not an importer (because the Amazon is a warehouse, only responsible for receiving the goods are not responsible for customs clearance, the customer needs to have the local importer to follow up clearance)
2.Amazon FBA is ship to (need to fill in the Amazon warehouse address)
3. Amazon FBA tariffs paid by the shipper (Amazon is the warehouse, no one to pay tariffs)
